To choose the right size of clothes, you need to accurately measure your parameters and compare them with the size chart. Here is a step-by-step instruction:

1. Preparation for measurements

- Take measurements in tight-fitting underwear, without clothes that may distort the results.

- Use a soft centimeter tape. The tape should lie flat, horizontally, without sagging and strong tension.

2. What parameters should be measured

- Chest circumference (BG) — measure along the most prominent part of the chest in front and along the shoulder blades behind. If you plan to wear clothes with a bra, measure it in it.

- Waist circumference (FROM) — measure at the narrowest part of the torso, usually just above the navel. Do not pull in your stomach when measuring.

- Hip circumference — measure the most prominent points of the buttocks and thighs.

3. How to take measurements correctly

- The tape should fit snugly, but not squeeze the body.

- Measure while standing straight, relaxed, and breathe evenly.

- Write down the received values in centimeters.

4. Determining the size by measurements

- Compare your measurements with the brand or standard size chart.
